Sir Keir Starmer plans to press supporting countries to deliver Ukraine with further advanced missile systems to target Moscow's positions during a meeting in the UK capital on the upcoming Friday.

Britain's leader plans to receive Ukraine's leader the Ukrainian head of state alongside the so-called "alliance of supportive nations", consisting of more than 20 of supporting nations who have agreed to grant Kyiv defense assurances once hostilities pause is brokered.

Zelensky has been appealing for several weeks for more long-range weapons from the West, an action that Moscow has cautions would intensify the conflict.

The Prime Minister will press participants to increase the provision of long-range weapons following a successful strike on a manufacturing site in Bryansk, Russia, using Britain-delivered missile systems.
